Zoning permits are required for a variety of situations, including but not limited to new homes, additions, signs, fences and swimming pools. The applications may be obtained at the village administrator’s office located at 150 W. Main Street, next to the Municipal Building.
The zoning inspector has 15 days from the receipt of the application to approve or disapprove the application. Once the application has been approved the applicant receives a copy of the application and a placard which must be posted during construction.
