The Utility Office is located  in the Municipal Building. This office accepts payments on current bills, past due accounts. If you receive a disconnect notice, please make payment at the billing office.

AUTO PAY - ENROLL TODAY!

Oak Harbor Utilities is now offering Auto Pay, the easiest way to pay your monthly utility bill.  This will allow the customer to have payment made from a savings or checking account automatically each month.  Customers must complete an application for this service and provide a voided check or savings deposit slip.  Click on the above "DOWNLOAD DEBIT AUTHORIZATION FORM" for the application. 

Methods of payment :

Payments may be mailed.  Return your bill stub with a check, money order or cashier's check (no cash please). Customers may also pay utiliy bills online through
Official Payments.

The drive-thru is also available during regular business hours. The drive-thru entrance is located on W. Main Street at the south end of the Municipal Building at 146 Church Street.

24-Hour Depository (Envelope slot) is a quick, reliable way to make your payment. It is located on the south end of the Municipal Building at 146 Church Street.

Approximately 2300 accounts are billed monthly by the utility billing office.
